Space Urban was established to focus on developing and managing the freehold and leasehold portfolio that straddles industrial, commercial and residential assets across the country. It has taken enormous steps over the past 4 years to build a solid pipeline and due to this growth and as we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Property to drive leasing performance, acquisitions, disposals, and overall asset optimisation.
About the Role
The Head of Property is a newly created role to work with the existing team oversee the strategic and operational management of Space Urban’s property assets nationwide. You will lead all leasing, acquisition, and disposal activities, manage agent and tenant relationships, and ensure the portfolio is performing at its highest commercial and operational potential.
This senior role combines commercial negotiation, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing capability — ideal for a proven property skilled with a current Real Estate Licence and deep sector knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all leasing activity across the portfolio – including negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and strategy
Oversee property acquisitions and disposals – from agent engagement to due diligence and transaction management
Maintain robust relationships with agents, valuers, and consultants to identify new opportunities
Oversee strata-managed assets, representing company interests on Owners Corporations and ensuring compliance
Develop a robust property database and manage online listings, campaigns, and marketing materials
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
10–15 years’ experience in property management, leasing, and transactions
Degree in Property, Real Estate, Commerce or related discipline (preferred)
Solid commercial and financial acumen, with deep understanding of industrial and commercial markets
Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder, and relationship management skills
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling
