The Role

You'll keep the practice flowing smoothly, support our practitioners and create a warm, welcoming experience for every client from the moment they walk in. It's a hands‐on and rewarding position for someone who enjoys being organised, connected, and purposeful in their work.
You Are Someone Who
* Lives and breathes wellness and walks the talk in your own life
* Has a natural warmth that puts both clients and colleagues at ease
* Is highly organised and has a sharp eye for systems, scheduling and detail
* Is comfortable with administrative tasks and clinic software (Cliniko)
* Communicates clearly, calmly and with genuine care
* Understands (or is eager to learn) natural health modalities
* Brings ideas, initiative and a collaborative spirit to everything you do
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Day‐to‐day operations, scheduling and clinic coordination
* Client communications, bookings and front‐of‐house experience
* Managing financial tasks, including daily and weekly reconciliations and practitioner invoices
* Supporting practitioners so they can focus on their clients
* Managing social media, newsletters, emails and admin workflows
* Helping grow and sustain a thriving, values‐aligned practice
