About the Role
As our Mortgage Broking Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our brokers and ensuring smooth, efficient loan processing for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client documentation and data entry
Preparing lender applications and supporting documents
Tracking loan progress and providing status updates
Liaising with lenders, clients, and third parties
Assisting with compliance and file preparation
Occasionally supporting other admin tasks such as valuations, lender pricing requests, social media content, and retention pricing
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Strong administrative or customer service experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
A proactive, team-focused attitude
Experience in mortgage broking or finance administration (highly desirable but not essential)
This is a full-time role; Monday to Friday 8.45am start and 5.15pm finish.
Remuneration will be based on experience and the successful candidate's skill set.
