Job Description
Are you a solutions-focused Cadet Estimator looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a capable and innovative Cadet Estimator to join our high performing team. You'll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assist with quantity take-offs, pricing inputs, RFQs, and coordination of supplier and subcontractor enquiries as part of a collaborative estimating team
* Support the preparation and submission of tenders, including document control, cost comparisons, RFIs, and on-price submission content
* Develop your understanding of drawings, specifications, and scope while learning to identify risks, WHS and environmental considerations, and key assumptions under the guidance of experienced estimators
What You'll Bring
* Working towards or completed a qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (desirable)
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional or study environment
