We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager (CRM) / Associate Adviser to join this high-performing team. Tasks and Responsibilities
- Attending client meetings alongside senior advisers/partners
- Assisting in the development of tailored financial strategies and advice documents
- Collaborate with offshore paraplanning and administration teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Managing client implementation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Acting as a key liaison point for clients, maintaining a strong service experience
- Supporting advisers with research, modelling, and file preparation as needed
About you
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM, Associate Adviser or paraplanning role within financial advice
- Completed or currently completing FASEA educational requirements
- Strong understanding of financial advice processes, including strategy development and implementation
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment
Salary is adaptable depending on experience, circa $70,000 - $90,000 + Super.
