experienced Trainers and Assessors
to join our team for the following qualifications:
CPC***** Certificate III in Carpentry
CPC***** Certificate III in Solid Plastering
CPC***** Certificate III in Brick & Block Laying
About the Role
We're looking for motivated industry professionals who are passionate about passing on their trade skills to the next generation.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant training and assessment, both in the classroom and in simulated or real workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and assess units of competency in accordance with ASQA and RTO standards.
Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
Provide support and feedback to students to help them achieve competency.
Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and delivery.
Requirements:
Current TAE***** Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
Vocational qualification in the relevant trade (Certificate III or higher).
Minimum of 3 years' recent industry experience.
Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and safe work practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
