About the Role
Causal Receptionist working 3 days a week to join the team at Maven Dental Maroochydore.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional practice, where patient care, teamwork and a positive culture come first.
As the face of the practice, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities
* Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
* Managing appointments and clinician schedules
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* Processing payments and health fund claims
* Maintaining accurate patient records
* Supporting the team with day‐to‐day administration tasks
* Helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice
Qualifications
* Dental experience is a must
* Knowledge of dental software
* Friendly, professional and highly organised
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
* Confident in managing multiple tasks in a fast‐paced environment
* Reliable with strong attention to detail
* Experienced in reception, administration or customer‐facing roles
