PUBLICATION MANAGEMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Key Responsibilities
* Corporate Publications and Records Management: Execute day-to-day records management activities, including the processing of confidential service requests and the implementation of strict access controls. Coordinate with contracted services for specialized requirements, maintain division equipment, and conduct periodic inspections of physical and digital repositories to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
* Operational Team Management & Reporting: Support the division's strategic goals by drafting operational reports and maintaining policies that address emerging records management issues. Act as a subject matter expert, investigating process disruptions to implement corrective actions and providing data-driven insights for informed management decision-making.
* Cross-Functional Coordination and Compliance: Serve as a key liaison between departments to ensure the seamless implementation of publications policies across the company. Draft formal corporate correspondences, represent the division's interests in high-level meetings, and ensure all assigned tasks meet evolving corporate compliance requirements.
Requirements
* Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Archives Administration, Library Science, or another Information Management discipline has an advantage.
* Preferably with two (2) years of relevant experience in records management; alternatively, familiarity with the Company's records management and confidentiality requirements may be accepted.
* Familiarity with the Company's records management and confidentiality requirements combined with at least five (5) years of experience in documents management may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
* Proficiency in EDMS/EDRMS and other Records Management/Repository Systems is an advantage.
* Proficient in MS Office Applications.
* Strong attention to details.
