Nu Trend Quality Homes is seeking a Residential Draftsperson with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Location: Sunshine Coast Head Office.
The Role:
* Coordinate, produce and deliver site plans, sales plans, working drawings, variations, and final construction plans
* Creative thinking and design solutions
* Maintain relationships with sales and estimating departments
* Develop knowledge of products, services and processes
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
* Proficiency in Revit; Diploma in Building Design or Drafting preferred
* Attention to detail; ability to work efficiently and accurately
