Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest hiring suppliers here in WA. Due to recent growth within the company, our client are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join their team in Bassendean. This is a full time contract, and immediate start.
Your New Role:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
* Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full WHS compliance across branch operations
* Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, and rental asset lifecycle management
* Ensure effective coordination between operations, sales, service, and logistics teams
* Implement and maintain efficient workflows to improve productivity and performance
* Drive workforce planning aligned to demand and project pipelines
* Ensure compliance with freight, logistics, and regulatory requirements
* Act as a key stakeholder across regional and national teams to align operational outcomes with business strategy
About You
* Experience in events (desirable)
* Experience as an Operations Manager
* SAP experience
* Excellent attention to detail and able to multitask
* Strong coordination, scheduling and monitoring skills
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
