Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
* Experience supporting people in health, community or human services environments
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks and priorities independently
* A proactive, respectful approach with clear understanding of professional boundaries
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a qualification in community services and/or experience working with vulnerable populations.
