About the role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our technology transformation — shaping and operating enterprise platforms across cloud, data centres, warehouses, and stores.
You'll help drive platform engineering, modern DevOps practices, and continuous improvement, while supporting both strategic initiatives and day‐to‐day operations.

What You'll Be Doing
* Design and deliver solutions across cloud (Azure, GCP) and on‐prem environments
* Build and improve infrastructure, platforms, and tooling
* Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform performance
* Drive incident resolution and root cause analysis
* Champion DevOps culture and best practices
* Mentor and support engineers across the business
* Continuously improve systems, processes, and ways of working
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in DevOps and knows what works in real‐world environments
* Confident with CI/CD and source‐control tools
* Curious and always learning new technologies
* Passionate about mentoring and sharing knowledge

Platform engineering and reusable systems
Observability and proactive monitoring
Cloud security best practices
