Job Overview

You'll be an integral part of our Practice Support team, collaborating closely with legal operatives and Practice Executives to provide administrative and operational assistance across various tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support Legal operatives, Practice Assistants, and Practice Executives within the firm.
* Develop administration skills and practice management capabilities under regular supervision.
* Learn how to utilize firm software programs and technology systems effectively.
* Provide administrative support including generating reports, expense management, document amendments, and document management with close supervision.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to matter financials, supporting the monthly billing process.


About You:

* A basic level of skill and accuracy with software, including Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.
* The capacity to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
