Financial Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the service delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of financial activities across all ANZ regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the preparation and review of financial reports and statements.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
* Provide analytical support to the APAC Finance Lead with operational financial support.
* Assist with client financial queries and reporting, including month-end activities, budgets, and forecasts.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in finance operations, preferably in real estate or property management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
