What this job involves
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our retail centre in Brisbane on a Fixed Term Contract! The Marketing Manager is responsible for successfully and consistently marketing the shopping centre's brand, values and showcasing their difference within the market. This role will create and execute the marketing strategy in line with the required budget, ensuring the centre is well presented, the message is consistent with the client's requirements and that activities are well planned and executed.
This role is a 9 month Fixed Term Maternity Leave Cover Contract!
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive centre growth and profitability
* Manage marketing budget and provides financial reporting to clients
* Analyse sales and traffic data, monitoring retailer performance
* Create and maintain digital marketing and social media platforms
* Build community and retailer relationships
* Ensure brand consistency across all communications
* Manage PR, advertising, and media relationships
* Report to Centre Manager with responsibility for the centre's marketing performance and ROI
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated experience driving sales and traffic in a retail environment.
* Tertiary degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
* Highly organised and able to demonstrate the adding value link between marketing activity and the performance of the client's investment.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence decision making with peers and the client.
* A creative problem solver who actively search out improvement
