ABOUT THE ROLE
Hungry sales gun? We've got the warm leads, the company car, and uncapped commission — you bring the hustle. Top performers earn $110k+, with a strong base and uncapped commission selling premium blinds, shutters, curtains, awnings and outdoor systems to Gold Coast homeowners.
We're a family‐owned Gold Coast business that's been fitting out local homes since 1998, and we're expanding our sales team to keep up with demand. Everything we manufacture is Made on the Gold Coast in our Currumbin Waters factory — so when you walk into a customer's home, you're representing the real deal, not a flat‐pack importer.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Running in-home consultations across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW
* Measuring up, recommending the right product mix, and quoting on the spot
* Following up, negotiating and closing — owning the deal end-to-end
* Building repeat and referral business through genuinely great service
* Keeping Salesforce (our CRM) tidy so the team can support you
YOU'LL THRIVE IF YOU HAVE
* A track record in sales — window furnishings, kitchens, building products or interior design is a bonus; not essential if you've got the hustle and people skills
* The confidence to walk into someone's home and own the conversation
* A sharp eye for detail (a 2mm mis‐measure is a remake)
* Comfort with iPads, CRMs and quoting tools
* A current driver's licence and willingness to be on the road most days
