What you will be up to
* Leading and motivating Store Managers to achieve sales targets, KPIs and amazing customer experiences
* Visiting stores, coaching teams and driving continuous improvement
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development across the region
* Ensuring strong compliance across safety, stock, margins and risk processes
* Analysing performance and competitor trends to support smart business decisions
* Creating a positive, safe and engaged culture where people love what they do

* Experience leading retail sites with proven sales results
* Strong people leadership skills with a coaching mindset
* Solid business and financial acumen
