As part of the team, you will be involved in field‐based site investigations, construction support, data analysis, and technical report writing, while learning under the guidance of our experienced engineers.

Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
* 0‐2 years geotechnical engineering or a related role.
* Strong interest in field‐based geotechnical work.
* Strong time management, organizational, and problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail, particularly in logging, documentation, and reporting.
* Ability to follow technical guidance and work collaboratively.
* Adaptability to the diverse nature of consultancy work.
* Quick learner with a passion for achieving best practice outcomes.
* Ability to work well in a close‐knit team environment.
* Strong work ethic with a desire for learning.
* Friendly, proactive, and self‐motivated.
* Comfortable with travel within NSW and interstate.
What You'll Do
* Assist with geotechnical site investigations under senior supervision.
* Supervise drilling, test pits, and in‐situ testing.
* Log soil and rock in accordance with Australian Standards.
* Maintain accurate and detailed field records.
* Review laboratory test results and site data.
* Assist in preparing geotechnical factual and interpretive reports.
* Support construction phase activities, including site inspections and observations.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
* Ensure safety, quality, and environmental procedures are followed at all times.
