Customer Service Consultant
Full time position (hybrid office/ remote working)
5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 p.a. (+ super)
Salary commensurate with experience
FLOW Telecommunications is a Telstra Partner specializing in managed helpdesk and mobility solutions. We have offices in both NSW and QLD catering to our clients’ needs in both states. For this position we are looking for a Customer Service Consultant who is based in Sydney and is able to also work Queensland business hours*. The position is a hybrid role; both in office and work from home. Our office in NSW is at Chatswood and it is easily accessible via public transport: both by train or buses. Gold Coast or Brisbane based candidates are also welcomed to apply.
Successful candidates must be able to work both in office and remotely and be part of a team to provide helpdesk customer service for mobility. Our relationship with our clients is key to our business success and our engagement with them is critical. This is a great opportunity to take your strong communication and customer service skills and work as part of a friendly and professional team. Full training will be provided on the services we provide, the Telstra product listing and also on the use of our internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and after sales assistance to our clients
- Provide up to date and accurate follow ups
- Liaise with Telstra in fulfilling our customer's mobile phone needs
- Respond to a range of enquiries from simple to complex
- Respond to email and phone enquiries
- Input information accurately into our CRM program, Salesforce
Qualifications
- Previous experience within the Telecommunications field will be viewed favourably but is not a pre-requisite
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proven team playing attitude
- Possess good time management and organizational skills
If successful, you will be an integral part of our enthusiastic and friendly team. As this is a hybrid in office/ remote working role, we will provide the necessary platform solutions for collaboration and communications with the team. Training will be provided and there may be catch ups at our offices in NSW or QLD for face-to-face training, team meetings and collaboration where required.

Standard business hours are from 8:30am to 5pm. For this role, the Customer Service Consultant must be able to work Queensland business hours. This is due to daylight savings from Oct to April where NSW is 1 hour ahead of Queensland. During that time, the business hours for Queensland is from 9:30am to 6pm (NSW time). When daylight savings period ends (April to Oct), Queensland and NSW times align and standard business hours apply.
