COMPANY BACKGROUND
With a strong private equity backing, this newly formed financial services company are looking to on-board a number of technology resources to scale up their greenfield workplace. To complement these technology resources, they are looking to hire 2 x Change Managers to sit in the business and build the change centre of excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
Build the change state operating model
Managing the enterprise view of change
Triaging change requirements
Lead process improvement / mapping activities
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a strong change professional with minimum 2 years' experience ideally coming within a fast-moving, unstructured start-up environment. Specific industry experience isn't important although financial services experience will be advantageous
