We are seeking a passionate and driven Event Sales Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our Event Sales Manager in securing and delivering exceptional weddings and events at our stunning Yarra Valley property.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with events and sales experience who thrives in a fast‐paced, client‐focused environment. Working closely alongside the Event Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting the sales process, and ensuring every client receives a seamless and memorable experience from first contact through to booking.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and manage incoming event enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Support the Event Sales Manager in converting leads into confirmed bookings
* Conduct site visits and venue tours to showcase our unique spaces
* Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and booking documentation
* Coordinate deposits, invoicing milestones, and client communications
* Maintain accurate records within sales systems and event software
* Build and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners
* Assist with the development of event packages and promotional initiatives
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless communication across sales, planning, and operations
About You
* Experience in events or sales coordination (weddings experience highly regarded)
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
* Highly detail‐oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and enquiries
* Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
* Proactive, team‐focused, and eager to learn from senior sales professionals
* Available to work weekends for site visits and client meetings
