Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional People & Culture Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to bridge the gap between our People and Culture function and divisions, ensuring our people strategies directly support organisational objectives and drive performance.
About the Role
* Partner with divisions to provide best practice people and culture solutions which align with strategic objectives.
* Act as a trusted advisor, bringing insight and expertise to support decision making.
* Support leaders with performance management, employee relations matters and workplace culture initiatives.
* Collaborate with the broader P& C team to ensure consistent, high quality service delivery.
* Manage operational P& C matters including budgets, reporting and engagement surveys.
* Partner with leadership to deliver strategic people initiatives and foster a positive culture.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent (desired).
* 5+ years' experience in People & Culture including 2+ years business partnering experience.
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business drivers.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
* Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-based approach.
