- Identity Governance and Access Management Tester should hold relevant experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ technologies.
- Should have worked and tested IdentityIQ features like Application onboarding, provisioning and certification modules.
- IdentityIQ 8.1 or further knowledge and experience is an added advantage.
- Should have knowledge for certification module thoroughly and knows all the certification phases and relevant features.
- As a tester should be able to work independently and contribute to team's feature development success by testing every story part of team.
- As a lead your responsibilities involved onsite-offshore co-ordination, stakeholder management, business development and providing long term solutions.
- Should have prior knowledge working agile model and accordingly participate in agile ceremonies.
- Should have agile experience working over Jira or relevant tool for story, task, effort tracking etc.
- As a tester, you should be creating test plan, design test cases, executing test cases and preparing test completion report.
- Should be able to work on multiple stories from multiple teams in same sprint.
- Should be able to communicate progress over stories/testing to customer and able to raise risk/issues on time.
- Should participate in cross team activities for testing and able to update customer & other stakeholders timely over progress.
- Should have excellent communication skiils and able to understand customer requirements.
- Should work in co-ordination with BA, Developers, and other stakeholders.
- Should posses learning skills and should have problem solving approach.
- Should not only identify bug but also work with development to have a better solution in fixing.
- Should be able to work as Individual contributor and when needed should lead the team for delivery.
