What you’ll do
* Deliver multiple residential projects end‑to‑end (set‑out to handover)
* Build a reliable trade network in regional NSW (not inherit one)
* Drive programme: sequencing, logistics, momentum across live sites
* Solve buildability issues on new / first‑time designs
* Lift QA, site systems, and operational discipline
* Own safety, quality, cost, and time—no passengers
* Lead trades hard but fair: clear expectations, consistent standards
What you’ll bring
* Carpentry background preferred + building qualifications
* 5+ years in residential construction (SM/PM level)
* Proven multi‑site / multi‑build delivery
* Strong turnkey knowledge (regional experience ideal)
* Track record building and managing subcontractors
* Commercial nous: understands margin, variations, programme pressure
* Comfortable with autonomy, change, and growth
