About the opportunity
As a New Home Sales Consultant at Mojo Homes, you will guide customers through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives, providing end‐to‐end customer service and managing the sales journey from enquiry to deposit conversion. You will work from one of our display homes, primarily in the Hunter Region.
Responsibilities
* Manage the sales journey from enquiry through to quote and deposit conversion.
* Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored home design solutions.
* Engage display centre visitors and generate quality leads.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively follow up on opportunities.
* Prepare proposals, interpret site/planning requirements, and present solutions.
* Ensure compliance with processes, documentation, and building guidelines.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and support the Sales Associate to drive results.
Qualifications
* Proven record in sales, ideally within residential construction, property, or major purchase industries.
* Strong communication and active listening skills with a genuine customer‐first approach.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long‐term relationships.
* Confident in managing a full sales lifecycle and working towards targets/KPIs.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Commercially aware with the ability to understand customer budgets and provide tailored solutions.
* Proactive, self‐motivated, and driven to achieve results.
* A team player with the ability to support, coach, and collaborate effectively.
Working Hours
This permanent full‐time role requires working weekends, with a work week from Thursday to Monday.
