We are looking to recruit a friendly and hardworking conveyancing assistant or legal secretary to join our team in a maternity leave position.
Job Tasks And Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* assisting with an array of legal matters;
* preparing Sale of Land Contracts;
* liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties;
* undertaking various conveyancing related tasks; and
* handling general administrative tasks.
Skills And Experience
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in the following:
* Ability to work autonomously and with a team;
* Confidence in liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties;
* strong organisational and interpersonal skills; and
* Proficient in LEAP, Microsoft Office, and PEXA.
