Senior Water Servicing Coordinator (Engineer)

Our Sydney and Wollongong offices are seeking an experienced Senior Water Servicing Coordinator to join our team to continue this success. Reporting to the Utilities and WSC lead, you will work on major Sydney Water developer works projects pertaining to the design of Sydney Water infrastructure for major transport and community development projects. The role can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong and offers flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Working with Sydney Water's Hydra and E-Developer system
* Managing projects from application through completion
* Collaborating with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations
* Conducting data analysis, interpretation and assessment to achieve project goals
* Coordinating design and submitting proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met
* Attending project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation
* Conducting fieldwork and site inspections
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Water Servicing Coordinator
* Demonstrated design background
* Experience in project management on Sydney Water projects
* Strong understanding of Sydney Water policies and procedures
* Proficiency with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Project)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
