Service Delivery Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to provide continuous technical support and guidance to Customer and Dealer personnel. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Field Follow and Support for New Product Introduction
* Identify and correct product deficiencies, improve product design, and adapt improvements to product in the assigned area of responsibility
* Maintain technical liaison between organizations using defined processes
* Prepare Failure Analysis, Summary Reports, Initiate & review Problem Lists, and inform relevant stakeholders on problem solution
* This position requires travel to Customer sites for field follow and investigation
