You will play a key role as the first point of contact for our clients and will be an essential link between our front desk and clinical team.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer service to clients across phone, email and in-person interactions.
* Manage client enquiries, appointment scheduling and communication with accuracy and professionalism.
* Coordinate patient admissions, discharges and payments, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for clients and the clinical team.
* Maintain clear and precise client, patient and financial records within our practice management system.
* Support veterinarians and nurses by facilitating timely information flow and contributing to efficient daily workflow.
* Uphold a clean, organised and welcoming reception environment that reflects our hospital's standards.
* Actively contribute to a positive, team-focused culture and assist with process improvements that enhance the client experience.
