What you'll be doing
* Developing relationships across commercial construction, aged care, education and facilities markets
* Identifying upcoming projects and opportunities early in the cycle
* Working closely with contractors, project managers, and decision‐makers
* Growing existing accounts while actively creating new business opportunities
* Providing solution‐based recommendations rather than simply selling products
* Managing project pipelines and maintaining strong customer engagement throughout the sales process
* Conducting face‐to‐face meetings, site visits, and stakeholder presentations
Experience from industries such as:
* Construction materials
* Commercial fit‐out
* Building products
* Facilities management
* Industrial products
* Waste management
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who:
* Builds credibility quickly
* Understands consultative selling
* Is commercially minded
* Enjoys being in front of customers
* Can balance relationship management with proactive business development
* Understands how to navigate longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
