Lead and grow the Sunshine Coast structural function, owning team performance, delivery standards, culture, and commercial outcomes. You will work closely with Directors while shaping recruitment, succession, client relationships, and long-term capability.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Structural engineering degree or equivalent
* Strong building structures and leadership experience
* Senior technical review capability required
* Commercial and financial management skills
* Client relationship and growth capability
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead Sunshine Coast structural function
* Develop engineers and graduates effectively
* Oversee complex structural building projects
* Manage profitability and resourcing forecasts
* Report performance metrics to Directors
