Shift details
* Early starts from 5:30am
* Last shift commencing at 7:30am
* Rotating roster including every second Saturday (WFH)

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and support.
Responsibilities
* Handling inbound customer enquiries
* Providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently
* Processing orders and updating systems
* Building strong customer relationships
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to early starts
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment
* Positive attitude and a team player mindset
* Tech savvy with good data entry skills
