About the Opportunity
The Quality Control Manager will ensure a safe, accurate and effective control of the quality of incoming and manufactured products, accordingly to specifications and defined quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Accept incoming goods and the release of manufactured products, including stopping all good if judged non-confirming
* Ensure the respect of Specifications, Corporate and Local Testing Methods, Procedures and Guidelines
* Ensure the continuous control and calibration of testing equipment
* Provide strong support and cooperation with the Production department
* Proactively cooperate with the relevant Corporate Departments, particularly R&D.
What You Bring
* Previous working experience in leading QC in a manufacturing facility
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and autonomy when it comes to decision making
* Strong leadership skills
* Proven experience in conflict mediation and management
* Sensitivity to economy, safety and environmental sustainability.
