Banquet Attendant – Four Seasons Hotel Sydney
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Banquet Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic Banquets team and help deliver exceptional experiences for our event guests.
Responsibilities
* Provide attentive and personalised food and beverage service during all banquet functions
* Set up, service, and breakdown event spaces according to banquet event orders and guest expectations
* Work collaboratively with the Banquets, Culinary, and Events teams to ensure smooth function execution
* Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently maintained in all event spaces
* Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipating needs and providing thoughtful, tailored service
* Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, wine pairings, and dietary considerations to assist guests
* Assist in the preparation and resetting of event spaces for consecutive functions throughout the day
Qualifications
* Previous experience in banquets, events, or food and beverage service (preferred but not essential)
* A warm, professional, and proactive approach to guest interactions
* Strong attention to detail and a natural flair for hospitality
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
