About the Position:
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships and ensuring their objectives are represented within The Arnott's Group. This includes building and maintaining effective partnerships to provide mutual benefits via collaboration and execution of strategic priorities.
This position has responsibility for Biscuits portfolios within the Coles partnership, managing retail sales value per year. It also holds leadership and development accountability within the Coles Customer Team and the extended Sales and Marketing teams.
* To develop and implement category/promotional plans and play a role in the category review process
* Implementation of promotional strategies within financial guardrails, including trade spend rates, sales growth targets, and market share ambition
* Loading and maintaining all promotional activity in Tellus
* Owning alignment sessions with Demand Planning and Finance to ensure accurate financial projections are reflected in systems
* Working with stakeholders to maximize the promotional program through optimum phasing, G/End execution, and catalogue support
* Reporting on account challenges, updates, and forecasts to stakeholders in formal and informal processes
The Key Success Factors:
A strong understanding of profit and loss mechanics, experience in data analysis tools like Quantium Checkout/Synergy/IRI/Nielsen, intermediate Excel skills, commercial experience in FMCG, and a passion for food, sustainability, and creating delicious moments are essential factors for this position.
