About the Role
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership and effective management across all areas of netball operations, ensuring sound governance, financial sustainability, and growth.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, manage staff and resources, and act as key liaison between stakeholders, government, sponsors, and community.
* Drive innovation, collaboration, and growth by working closely with member associations to deliver successful programs and competitions.
* Strengthen governance, enhance facilities, and expand opportunities for talent development and participation.
* Develop commercial partnerships and secure investment to ensure sport's sustainability.
* Manage day-to-day running of the Territory Netball Stadium complex in Marrara, focusing on growing hiring base.
Candidates should have proven experience in senior leadership within sport or business, with strong strategic, financial, operational, and people management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are required.
