About the Role:
This position involves working closely with the Construction Area Manager and Chief Office Manager to provide general drafting support.
* The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture and possess a White Card.
* A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is necessary, with strong skills in AutoCAD 2D & 3D and Revit.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Draftsperson, your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing shop drawings based on structural/civil design and computation.
* Issuing construction drawings (shop-drawings) based on the original final design.
* Computation of structural/civil quantities and verification/adjustment of bar lists.
* Archiving project drawings, final design, shop-drawings, and as-built.
* Collaborating with senior colleagues to ensure smooth project progression.
