This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of technology.Key ResponsibilitiesSpecification / Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and target potential clients across various industries, with a specific focus on the architectural & design sector. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, develop outreach strategies, and negotiate partnership agreements.Sales Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Work with marketing to create compelling value propositions.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored AV lifting solutions.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.Skills & Experience:Sales or specification experience, preferably with experience selling into A&D markets or similar.Strong relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and client needs.Experience with CRM software and proficient in using data to drive sales strategies.About the Company:Our client is a leading provider of innovative audiovisual lifting solutions.
