Key Responsibilities
As a valued Diploma Educator, you will:
* Take ownership of implementing and contributing to high-quality educational programs
* Support and guide fellow Educators to meet curriculum and documentation standards
* Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families, and your team
* Use your knowledge of the EYLF to create meaningful, play-based learning experiences
* Contribute to a collaborative, reflective team culture focused on continuous improvement
* Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inspiring learning environment
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Proven experience working in an early learning environment
* A strong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards, and documentation practices
* A proactive, team-focused approach with leadership capability in the room
* A genuine passion for delivering high‐quality care and education
* A current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
* Current NSW Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
* Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* The availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 6:30pm.
