Our client is a growing property development group delivering projects across the retail, fuel/QSR/convenience and storage sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming developments, we are seeking a capable and commercially minded Project Manager to join the team and support the delivery of multiple projects across Victoria.
Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, this role will suit someone who enjoys working across the full project lifecycle — from front‐end procurement and contractor engagement through to delivery and project completion.
The business currently has very strong pipeline of work providing excellent exposure to a diverse range of developments and stakeholders within a growing and entrepreneurial environment.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will assist in managing projects from pre‐construction through to delivery and handover. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders to help drive projects forward and ensure successful outcomes across cost, programme and quality.
The role will initially have a strong focus on front‐end project coordination, including contractor procurement, tendering and ECI management, before transitioning into a traditional client‐side delivery and Superintendent role during construction.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the management and delivery of multiple development projects
* Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders through all project phases
* Manage building tender and/or ECI processes
* Support procurement and contractor engagement strategies
* Monitor programme, budget, risk and project reporting
* Act in a client‐side Project Management and Superintendent capacity during delivery
* Administer contracts and facilitate project meetings
* Assist in improving project management systems, structure and reporting processes
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Candidate Profile
We are open to candidates from either:
* A head contractor background with exposure to client‐side project management
* A pure client‐side Project Management consultancy background
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience delivering commercial building projects
* Exposure to retail, service station/fuel or industrial/storage projects (preferred but not essential)
* Experience managing building tenders and/or ECI procurement processes
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* A practical and solutions‐focused approach
* The ability to work autonomously within a growing business environment
* Strong commercial and project coordination capabilities
