About the Receptionist Role
We are seeking a professional and motivated Receptionist in Brisbane to join our growing team.
As the first point of contact for our firm, this Receptionist role is critical in delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Manage incoming calls across national call queues
* Maintain a professional reception area, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
* Provide administrative support to legal and operational teams
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
* Coordinate office supplies and general office upkeep
* Assist with internal meetings and events (including catering)
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient operations
About You
To be successful in this Receptionist job in Brisbane, you will have:
* Minimum 1 year administration or receptionist experience (legal or professional services preferred)
* Excellent communication and a professional phone manner
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* A proactive, \"can-do\" attitude with initiative
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A friendly, approachable manner with a strong focus on client service
