About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, responding promptly to their needs, and ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience.
* Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee using a commercial coffee machine, maintaining speed and accuracy during busy periods.
* Food and Beverage Service: Efficiently serve food and drinks to guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
* Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain stock levels, and ensure seamless service delivery.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
* A current VIC RSA Certificate.
