ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in a newly created role, the Process Improvement Manager will become the conduit between the sales team, operational management and new clients, delivering complex and challenging process improvement. The position has a national focus, responsible for Cargowise1 maximisation strategies, workflow improvement and client integration initiatives. This role has a commercial aspect, working closely with key decision-makers
DUTIES
Manage current I.T projects on a national scale working with internal and external stakeholders
Establish and set SOP and KPI requirements for internal and external stakeholders with I.T interface
Ensure the smooth implementation of new clients into CW1
Explore workflow process and suggest improvements
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years within a freight forwarding company working on CW1
Demonstrated success with process improvement and new business implementation
Previous experience working with critical commercial stakeholders to implement change
Exposure to and demonstrated ability to affect change within the operational process
