Job Description
* Manage HV projects (132kV+) from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
* Lead stakeholder engagement, including clients, site teams, and other project partners.
* Oversee construction and commissioning processes to meet project specifications.
* Develop and execute risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
* Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring strong commercial and P&L performance.
* Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
