Key Responsibilities
We currently have an excellent opportunity available to drive the success of the AUS4WD Equipment and AUS Mechanical Services and Europcar businesses by supporting the coordination of all aspects of the AUS 4WD Equipment store operations including coordinating suitable coverage ... and supporting the Workshop team with administrative duties and parts ordering. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the workshop staff by completing administrative duties as well as inventory management, retail and trade sales to ultimately build the brand of "AUS 4WD Equipment" in all aspects. The successful candidate will responsible for continually ensuring "AUS 4WD Equipment" delivers a premium retail service that maximizes the guest experience and supporting the workshop and customers with the repair and maintenance service on vehicles.
The position requires a thorough understanding of vehicle servicing and repair operations in order to successfully provide support. Motivated and driven, your demonstrated experience in customer service and administration will ensure you are able to hit the ground running.
This role is NOT a FIFO role and will require the candidate to be based in Port Hedland.
Who we're looking for
Previous 4WD retail accessory experience
Previous experience in various vehicle types, and accessory fitment compatibility desirable
Previous experience in practical application of a broad range of 4WD accessories required
4WD and adventure products enthusiast
High level of verbal and written communication skills
High level of administration skills to ensure job cards and invoices are completed on time
Time management and coordination skills
Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
