Well Clinic is a privately-billed and GP-owned clinic in Healesville. Their Medical Receptionists provide the primary point of contact for their patients. They are looking for someone who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work efficiently without close supervision.
The successful applicant will be a skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist and will demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork, attention to detail, strong organisational skills and have the ability to pick up additional shifts to help the team cover leave. Experience using Medical Director is a plus. You will need to deal with general enquiries, make appointments, complete registration forms, complete daily and monthly core tasks and work well in a team environment, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality and following their clinic protocols.
Part of the roster includes working Saturday mornings, but no after-hours or Sunday work will be required. Actual rostered days and hours will be negotiated for this position. Award wages apply, with a 3-month trial period.
