Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service experiences for our customers by offering personalized assistance in finding the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires at the busiest time of the year.
* Complete tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies and procedures.
* Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Requirements:
* Genuine passion for people and fashion with excellent communication skills.
* Results-oriented with a flair for sales and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Good attention to detail and ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.
* Ability to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours, and public holidays.
