We are partnering with a leading ASX 200 organisation to appoint an experienced Process Excellence Lead to support a major enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation program, driving process governance, operational excellence, and business capability uplift across the organisation. Location: Sydney or Melbourne Hybrid: Flexible hybrid working model of 3 days / week in office and 2 days WFH Day Rate: $1100 – $1300 incl. super Contract Duration: 12 months with strong likelihood of extension The Opportunity As the Process Excellence Lead, you will play a critical role in establishing enterprise-wide process governance frameworks and embedding a sustainable process-first culture across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), program leadership, and SMEs, you will design and implement governance standards, process frameworks, and continuous improvement capabilities that support the successful delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is ideally suited to a seasoned process professional with deep experience across business process governance, enterprise transformation, and SAP-enabled environments, who can confidently influence senior leaders and drive long-term capability uplift. Experience with SAP Signavio, process intelligence, and large-scale ERP transformation programs will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities Develop and embed enterprise process governance frameworks and standards Support and coach Business Process Owners in governance and process ownership responsibilities Facilitate end-to-end process mapping workshops and standardisation activities Drive process lifecycle governance, documentation standards, and controlled variation frameworks Establish continuous improvement frameworks and support transition to BAU ownership Translate process insights and performance data into actionable recommendations for leadership Support stakeholder engagement, process maturity uplift, and business capability development Champion a process-first mindset across the organisation Collaborate across program streams to manage governance dependencies and drive sustainable outcomes About You 10 years’ experience in process governance and process excellence Strong experience delivering process frameworks within large-scale ERP or SAP transformation programs Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio, Process Insights, or Process Intelligence tools Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and coaching capabilities Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor Experience establishing governance standards, process ownership models, and continuous improvement frameworks Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills Experience within infrastructure, asset-intensive, or service-based industries will be highly regarded Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Change Management certifications are advantageous Why Apply?
