Personal Care Assistant
We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate and personalized care to older individuals.
* Provide personal care in line with individual care plans, supporting residents with mobility and daily activities.
* Assist with meals and participate in community-based activities to promote belonging and wellbeing.
* Maintain high standards of clinical and compassionate care and contribute to a positive, supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will have:
* A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support qualification.
* An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs.
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service within the aged care or health industry.
