We are seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive category and sourcing strategies across a multi‐billion‐pound project environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape supply chain performance, deliver commercial value, and work with senior stakeholders on high‐profile procurement activities ranging from £1m to £200m.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, develop supplier and category management frameworks, identify cost and productivity improvements, and help deliver long‐term sustainability and social value objectives. Work across multidisciplinary teams and ensure procurement excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
* Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
* Background in regulated, infrastructure, engineering, construction, energy, or major project environments.
